Project enquiries
When you send a project enquiry, we collect the details you choose to provide, including your name, phone, email, postal code, project address, selected services, dimensions, budget range, timeline and message. We use this information to assess the project and contact you about your enquiry.
Project photos
Photos you submit are used to review site conditions and project scope. Please avoid including people, documents or other details unrelated to the work. Uploaded photos are held in private storage. Temporary access links are included in the project enquiry notification so the work can be reviewed.
Website attribution and analytics
We capture the page where an enquiry began, referrer and campaign parameters to understand how visitors found the site. If Google Analytics is configured, it records page visits and actions such as clicking a phone link or submitting the form. Names, phone numbers, email addresses, budgets, messages and photos are not sent as analytics event parameters. Google Analytics may use cookies and similar technologies.
Service providers
Vercel hosts this website and stores uploaded photos. Resend delivers enquiry notifications when email delivery is enabled. Google provides analytics when enabled. An optional secure project-notification connection may be configured to help process enquiries. These providers process information needed to perform their respective services.
Retention and your choices
Enquiry details and photos are retained as needed to review the request, communicate about the project and maintain relevant project records. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information you submitted, or to stop further contact about your enquiry.
